Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your GanzenBarf account and the personal data attached to it at any time.
How to Request Deletion
Email us at n.soesbergen@gieter-solutions.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll confirm your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
Once your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed:
- Your name, email address, and password.
- Any decks and cards you created.
- Your entitlements (purchased or granted deck slots).
The following are retained for a limited time where required by law, such as for accounting and fraud prevention:
- Records of in-app purchases (platform, product, transaction id).
