Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use GanzenBarf.

Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Provide accurate information when you register.
• Let us know at n.soesbergen@gieter-solutions.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Service

GanzenBarf lets you play a digital version of Ganzenbord using card decks. Some decks are free and included with the game; others you create yourself. Landing on an empty tile draws a Regular card; landing on a tile occupied by another player draws a Challenge card.

Content You Create

You retain ownership of any decks and cards you create. By creating them, you grant us a license to store and display that content as needed to operate the service.

You're responsible for the content of decks and cards you create. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is handled.

Purchases

• Extra deck slots are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and billed by them, not by us.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies.
• Purchases grant an entitlement tied to your account; they are not transferable between accounts.

Acceptable Use

When using GanzenBarf, you agree not to:

• Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to bypass its security.
• Upload deck or card content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Use the service for any purpose other than playing and building your own decks.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

GanzenBarf is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
